Terms of Service for OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE's website, mobile application, or any other services provided by OUT OF YOUR LEAGUE (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Services.

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any representation or warranty, whether express, implied, or statutory. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
